Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order amount.
Where we ship
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other countries.

The same times apply to the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays. Orders are shipped by our fulfillment partners. An order with several styles may arrive in more than one package.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you a tracking number. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show the first scan.
Address changes
Email us within 12 hours of ordering to change the shipping address. After an order ships we cannot change the address.
Late, lost or damaged packages
If tracking has not updated for 7 days, or the order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, email support@wear-aurelle.co. We will send a replacement or a full refund. If a package arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery.
Taxes, duties and currency
Sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout.
Orders to the United Kingdom, Canada and Australia: prices are shown and charged in your local currency (GBP, CAD or AUD). Our prices do not include import VAT, GST, customs duties or carrier handling fees. If your country charges them, the carrier collects them from you on delivery. These charges are set by your country, not by Aurelle.
