Cancellation Policy

Cancel within 12 hours

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it has not shipped yet. Email support@wear-aurelle.co with your order number and the word "Cancel". We will confirm by email and refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 business days.

After 12 hours or after shipping

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. You can return the socks after delivery under our Return & Refund Policy.

Changes to an order

To change a size, color or address, email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that we may not be able to change it.
