Returns & Refunds

You can return unworn socks within 30 days of delivery. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

• Socks must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging.
• Email support@wear-aurelle.co with your order number to start a return. We reply with the return address and instructions.
• Wrong size? Return the pair and place a new order for the size you need.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
