Aurelle Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. Return Eligibility (Strict Hygiene Standards)
Due to the intimate nature of our products (sports bras, leggings, and underwear), we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety of all our customers. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Completely Unworn & Unused: Items must only be tried on over your own clean underwear. Items that show signs of wear, sweat, makeup, deodorant stains, or body odor will be strictly rejected.

Original Condition: Fabric must not be stretched, damaged, or altered. Items that have been washed, laundered, or put through a dryer are completely ineligible for a return or exchange.

Intact Packaging & Tags: All original product tags, hygiene liners/stickers (if applicable), and original packaging must be intact and attached.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, you can contact us at support@wear-aurelle.co.
Important Note: To help us evaluate your request quickly, please attach clear photos of the item (showing the intact tags, inner lining, and overall condition) in your email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Aurelle reserves the right to perform a final inspection upon receiving the physical package before approving the refund.
3. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that damage caused by improper washing or handling after delivery is not covered under our defective items policy.
4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

Final Sale & Gifts: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Custom Products: Special orders or personalized items.

Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. However, the strict hygiene and product condition standards listed in Section 1 still apply (unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging).
7. Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
