You can return socks within 30 days of delivery.

1. What can be returned

  • Socks that are unworn, unwashed and free of stains or odors.
  • In the original packaging, with any tags still attached.
  • Bought on wear-aurelle.co, with an order number.

For hygiene reasons, socks that have been worn or washed cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2. How to start a return

Email support@wear-aurelle.co with your order number, the items you want to return and the reason. We reply within 1 business day with instructions. Please do not send items back before we approve the return; packages sent without approval cannot be accepted.

3. Return shipping

  • Change of mind or wrong size ordered: you pay the return shipping. We recommend a tracked service.
  • Damaged, defective or wrong item sent by us: we cover the cost. Send a photo within 7 days of delivery; in most cases we send a replacement or refund without asking you to ship the item back.

4. Refunds

After the return arrives and passes inspection, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days and email you a confirmation. Your bank may need a few more days to post it. Original shipping was free, so there is no shipping charge to refund or deduct. If you used Bundle & Save and return part of a bundle, the refund is the discounted price you paid for those items.

5. Exchanges

To get a different size or color, return the original pair under this policy and place a new order for the one you want.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours if they have not shipped. See our Cancellation Policy.
